One month cancellation is required for full refund (less all bank charges)

If less notice is given, there will be a 25% reduction fee on Total amount. 

 

For all other orders at least 48 hours notice is required for full refund (less all bank charges).

If less notice is given, a gift voucher is issued which must be used up within 90 days.

 

If you’re expecting a refund for any reason, please allow 5-10 working days for this to reach your bank account.
